I would like to purchase the voucher for someone. How do I collect the voucher?

Kindly email us your name, contact number, choice of spa voucher and quantity you wish to purchase at marketing@www.sparael.com.sg.

 

Please allow us 3 working days to prepare your voucher. Should you require express service, please indicate in your email. We will try our best to accommodate whenever possible.

 

Can I make payment with a credit card through PayPal and do I need PayPal account?

Yes, you may and you do not need a PayPal account for this.

 

Please indicate this payment preference together with your purchase confirmation at marketing@www.sparael.com.sg. A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address. On the invoice, there will be a link which will direct you to the PayPal page to fill in your credit card details. For payment under S$100, you will be required to pay an additional PayPal fee (ie, 3.5% + S$0.50 of your voucher purchase). For purchase above S$100, the PayPal fee will be absorbed by us.

 

Can I purchase a cash voucher?

For those who wish to purchase a cash voucher instead, you will be pleased to know that we will be able to customize accordingly for you. Kindly indicate the desired value, along with your name and contact number in your email to us at marketing@www.sparael.com.sg.

 

I have made my spa reservation but am unable to make it at the last minute. Can I postpone my appointment?

Yes, you may. However, please note that under our Company’s Cancellation & ‘No Show’ Policy, a 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

 

Why do I need to arrive 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time?

We recommend you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete a Spa Consultation Form, relax and prepare yourself for your spa journey ahead. As a courtesy to all our guests, late arrivals will result in a reduction of your treatment time.
